Integrate Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness Practices Into Your Life

A significant body of research now indicates that mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practices are helpful for a variety of emotional, mental, and physical issues, as well as increasing overall feelings of well being.  In addition to being a Licensed Psychologist, I am also a 1000-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor and have training in Trauma-Informed Yoga, as well as  Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.  If you are interested, I can assist you in developing personalized mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practices to benefit your daily life.  I also facilitate "Transformations: A Yoga and Mindfulness Psychotherapy Group."  This unique group for women combines gentle yoga, breathing, meditation, and mindfulness exercises with the empowerment and support of group therapy.  This experience can be especially helpful for women struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, eating, or substance abuse issues.  The focus of the group is on fostering growth, healing, and personal transformation through the development of a deeper and more authentic connection to oneself and others.  No prior yoga experience is necessary and all body types are welcome.
