             My Therapeutic Approach

I believe that people are the experts on themselves and that my role as a therapist is to provide a safe environment in which to help facilitate my clients' personal exploration, growth, and healing.  I am constantly inspired by and honored to be a part of my clients' journeys.  I welcome and affirm clients of all cultures, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, ages, lifestyles, spiritual backgrounds, and physical abilities.  I work from a client-centered approach to support your journey toward wholeness, empowerment, and the expression of your authentic self in the world.  We will set mutual goals together to help you to become happier and healthier in your life, and to ensure that the therapeutic process is tailored to meet your individual needs.  In addition to being a Licensed Psychologist, I am also a 1000-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor and have training in Trauma-Informed Yoga and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. If you are interested, we can integrate the additional evidence-based strategies of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga into traditional talk therapy to further assist you in increasing well-being in your daily life.
